Which products may take longer to arrive?

Why does shipping take time?

This allows us to offer intentional, high-quality products while reducing unnecessary overproduction and waste.
Because of this, production and shipping times may vary slightly during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.
Will my items arrive separately?
Possibly, yes.
Because different products may be produced and shipped from different facilities, your order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
This is especially common when ordering a mix of apparel, journals, decor items, or declaration decks together.
Do you ship internationally?

Returns, Replacements & Damaged Orders
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many Heaven Speaks™ products are created on demand specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, or change-of-mind purchases.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Why is there a 14-day reporting window?

The 14-day window allows adequate time for both customer reporting and backend resolution processing.

Many Heaven Speaks™ products are created on demand specifically for your order.
This allows us to produce intentionally, reduce waste, and offer thoughtfully created products without unnecessary overproduction.
Why do some products look slightly different in person?
Because products are printed individually and viewed across different screen settings and lighting conditions, slight variations in color, placement, texture, or finish may occur.
These minor variations are considered normal within print-on-demand production.
Are declaration decks currently handmade?
Current Heaven Speaks™ declaration decks may be fulfilled either from limited on-hand inventory or through print-on-demand production depending on product availability and fulfillment stage.
Packaging and fulfillment methods may evolve as the Heaven Speaks™ product ecosystem grows.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
