At Heaven Speaks™, many of our products are created on demand and produced specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges for most products.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Physical Products

We may offer assistance for qualifying situations including:

  • damaged items

  • defective products

  • incorrect items received

  • fulfillment or shipping errors

  • qualifying lost shipment situations

If there is an issue with your order, please contact Heaven Speaks™ within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To help us review your request efficiently, please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos if applicable

Resolutions may include:

  • replacement shipment

  • store credit

  • refund at the discretion of Heaven Speaks™

All replacement and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Situations

Because products are custom produced on demand, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • buyer’s remorse

  • incorrect items ordered by the customer

  • sizing issues after purchase

  • minor color or print variations

  • normal print-on-demand inconsistencies

  • opened or used items

  • requests made outside the 14-day resolution window

Please do not send products back unless instructed to do so by Heaven Speaks™.

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.

Because digital items are accessible immediately upon purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
