At Heaven Speaks™, many of our products are created on demand and produced specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges for most items.
Our goal is to provide a peaceful, supportive customer experience while maintaining sustainable fulfillment practices for intentionally created products.
Order Processing
Orders are fulfilled through a combination of trusted production partners and Heaven Speaks fulfillment systems.
Depending on the products purchased, orders may arrive in multiple shipments and at different times.

International Shipping
Many Heaven Speaks™ products are available for international shipping.
International shipping rates are calculated separately at checkout based on destination and product type. Free shipping promotions may not apply to international orders.
Estimated international delivery windows may range from approximately 10–30 business days depending on destination country, customs processing, and local carrier conditions.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT charges, or taxes required by their country.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside the direct control of Heaven Speaks™.
Carrier scans and tracking updates may occasionally experience delays.
Resolution Window
If there is an issue with your order, please contact Heaven Speaks™ within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Support requests submitted outside the 14-day resolution window may not qualify for replacement or resolution review.
Eligible Resolution Situations

Because products are custom printed and produced on demand, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

minor color or print variations

normal print-on-demand inconsistencies

opened or used items

requests made outside the 14-day resolution window
Please do not send products back unless instructed to do so by Heaven Speaks™.
Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
If tracking shows your package as “Delivered,” please first:

verify the shipping address entered at checkout

check your mailbox, porch, mailroom, or surrounding delivery areas
-
check with neighbors or household members
-
contact the shipping carrier directly
-
allow 24–48 hours for delayed final delivery scans
Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive.
If your package still cannot be located after completing these steps, please contact Heaven Speaks™ within the 14-day resolution window.
Lost package situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
Heaven Speaks™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Heaven Speaks™ is not responsible for delays caused by:
